The team at Your Holiday Claims has received an enquiry from a guest who fell ill at the Majesty Club Tarhan Beach Hotel in Didim, Turkey.
They said 6 people in their party were struck down with suspected food poisoning at the hotel and that they also saw rats during their stay.
Other holidaymakers have since reviewed their holidays at the hotel and have complained of illness and cold food.
A guest described it as an âabsolutely awful hotelâ, commenting: âThe most awful hotel I have ever stayed in. Both my partner and I got ill, my partner worse than I.
âWe ended up having to go to the clinic in Didim with food poisoning. I will not be returning to this hotel. They need to do some serious work!â
Another guest said that the hotel was ânot up to expectationsâ and stated: âFour out of six of us were ill and many more people we spoke to had the same problem.
âWe had medicine with us so survived on this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as we all had a very disappointing stay.â
And a further guest described the food served at the hotel as âthe biggest let down of the holidayâ, adding: âIt was awful, repetitive and cold.â
