A disgruntled holidaymaker turned to our industry leading legal team, after their familys two week stay at the five star resort was plagued by gastric illness.
Commenting on how they think they contracted the illness, they revealed:
âWe picked up a bacterial virus caused by either the pool or hot drinks machine in the lobby area, we are still recovering from this 6 days laterâ.
