Your Holiday Claims have previously reported on outbreaks of illness at the Pine Bay Holiday Resort and have once again been contacted by another holidaymaker who contracted gastroenteritis whilst staying at this hotel in Kusadasi, Turkey.
The hotel, promoted by Thomas Cook, has received criticism from holidaymakers who have fallen ill here.
One hotel guest commented on TripAdvisor: âPoor hygiene in food areas resulted in the whole family still suffering upset stomachs one week later.â
Others have stated that they were served âlukewarmâ food during their stay, with much of the food at the hotels restaurants served on more than one occasion.

âI hope the tour operators and hotel management will seek to ensure that high food and hygiene standards are maintained in order to protect the health of all hotel guests.â
