Numerous holidaymakers have commented on TripAdvisor after a sickness “outbreak” affected “8 out of 10 guests in one party” at the Hotel Tignes 2100.

Crystal Ski promotes the skiing location for its “good quality food with excellent service in a relaxed environment”.

Yet many guests have reported falling ill on holiday after they were served undercooked and lukewarm food.

One ski fanatic claimed, “The outbreak began on the Monday and by Friday, many were affected. The hotel and ski reps went into denial mode, blaming the situation on the resort”.

He continued, “The food was lukewarm, served on cold plates and the cooked meats served rare – it was not appropriate for a ski meal and the temperature may have contributed to the outbreak”.

Another holidaymaker complained that “Crystal were in denial that there was a problem at the hotel”. They added, “I lost a day of skiing and am still partially recovering from the stomach bug several days later”.

“The main issue with this hotel is the food” said another guest. “I strongly recommend you do not eat here”.
