Yet many guests have reported falling ill on holiday after they were served undercooked and lukewarm food.
One ski fanatic claimed, âThe outbreak began on the Monday and by Friday, many were affected. The hotel and ski reps went into denial mode, blaming the situation on the resortâ.
He continued, âThe food was lukewarm, served on cold plates and the cooked meats served rare â it was not appropriate for a ski meal and the temperature may have contributed to the outbreakâ.
Another holidaymaker complained that âCrystal were in denial that there was a problem at the hotelâ. They added, âI lost a day of skiing and am still partially recovering from the stomach bug several days laterâ.
âThe main issue with this hotel is the foodâ said another guest. âI strongly recommend you do not eat hereâ.
