Illness batters the beleaguered Cleopatra Luxury Resorts Hotels Collection

A British couple who fell severely ill with food poisoning at the Cleopatra Luxury Resorts Hotel have contacted the experts at YourHolidayClaims for compensation advice.

The couple claim that extreme diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps completely crippled them during their 7-night stay at the “premium” hotel.

Others have taken to the review website TripAdvisor to complain of outbreaks of illness at the hotel.

One commentator alleged that all 6 members of their holiday party “had stomach issues” during their stay. “From the day we got there we could smell sewage. There were flies at the beach restaurant, I dont know who the food was for us or the flies,” they mockingly reported.
