This comes after multiple reports on the website TripAdvisor emerged, in which some holidaymakers vented their frustration after their holidays were spoiled by sickness.
The online reviews include one report where a former guest of the Moroccan resort reveals they suffered from an illness during their stay that had detrimental effects on both them and their partners health.
They claimed:
âMy boyfriend and I have become extremely ill with food poisoning.
âI lost 6lb in the space of 10 hours ⦠and have not been able to get out of bed for 2 days.
âI am 100% certain it is from the grilled chicken we ate for lunch on our last day (Thursday).
âAfter I ate the chicken I noticed that the person who was cooking the chicken was using the same tongs for the raw chicken as he used to move the cooked chicken on to guests platesâ.
Furthermore, additional recent guests have also described being âwiped outâ, and express their disappointment at the fact that their hard-earned breaks had been âspoiltâ by food poisoning.
