We are concerned to be reading yet again of more complaints of illness at the Dar Khayam in Tunisia.
Holidaymakers have taken to TripAdvisor after suffering from âsevere sickness and diarrhoea.â
One guest said that their stay was âlike hell.â The gentleman complained about the standard of food stating it was âhorrible.â
Another guest noted that the salad served was often re-used.
One lady whose family suffered illness said: âI wasnt aware that E. coli was part of the all-inclusive deal!â
She reported that after two days at the hotel she became unwell with âsevere food poisoning/travellers sickness and diarrhoea.â
She continued to suffer once back in the UK. She comments: â7 days and counting!â
There have been many reports of illness at the hotel. One lady reported that her husband was hospitalised and placed on a drip due to âfood poisoning.â
Anne Thomson, Head of Travel Law at Your Holiday Claims, comments: âWe last reported illness at this property one month ago, therefore I am quite shocked to still be reading reports of illness.â
âI had hoped that the hotel management and tour operators promoting the Dar Khayam would have carried out a full investigation to establish the cause of illnesses.â
âI would urge anyone who has been affected by illness to contact Your Holiday Claims to discuss the merits of their case.â
