During investigations into this story, the YourHolidayClaims experts have found reports on the website TripAdvisor which reveal the illness issues at the Club Mac Alcudia from former guests perspectives.

A distressed holidaymaker took to the website after their family suffered from food poisoning, and stated:

âStayed two weeks and the first few days were okay. Food was nothing special, buffet style kept warm under heat lamps.

âMy daughter ended up with food poisoning after eating chicken; she had vomiting and diarrhoea. A few days later my partner started vomiting after eating turkeyâ.
