The afflicted family claim that their 7-night stay was completely ruined by illness and dire hygiene standards.
Recent reviews on TripAdvisor paint appalling scenes with holidaymakers claiming to have been served ârawâ meat and left to use unclean swimming pools.
One guest from June 2016 reports that the Spanish hotel could not cope with guest numbers despite it only being the beginning of the holiday season: âThe dining hall was overbooked and so couldnt cope with cooking the food. Which resulted in raw food. Or no food most of the time.â
Another guest who stayed at the resort in June 2016 claims that pool hygiene was a cause for concern and labels the facility âfilthyâ.
âThe water had stuff floating all in it ⦠muck, plasters and general dirt! Yuck!
