Poor hygiene and maintenance at the five star Thomson resort has reportedly left multiple holidaymakers suffering diarrhoea and sickness for a large part of their stay.

Another guest commented: “The food in the buffet was horrible! The only place to eat good food was in the speciality restaurants … This hotel was a disgrace and a disappointment.
