Illness complaints continue to plague Green Nature Resort and Spa

This latest report adds to the wealth of complaints regarding hygiene standards at the hotel promoted by tour operators such as Thomas Cook.
Guests have voiced their disgust on review site, TripAdvisor. One holidaymaker commented, âstay away from this hotelâ¦all we heard every day at the pool was other guests complaining about their rooms and food.â
Another guest blasted food hygiene standards at the hotel and describes the food served as runny and cold. âHonestly food was disgustingâ¦we just had to eat out that week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We should bill the hotel,â they remarked.
