Reports of illness and poor hygiene practices are currently emerging from holidaymakers at Grand Pasa Hotel in Marmaris, Turkey.
The five star luxury hotel, promoted by Thomas Cook, promises âyoull be really impressedâ. However, several guests have taken to TripAdvisor to complain after experiencing symptoms including sickness and diarrhoea.
A recent guest warned on TripAdvisor: âA number of families complained of sickness and diarrhoea.
âPool closed more than once because of diarrhoea in the pool – not particularly attractive!
âWe ended up eating elsewhere for our own safety even though we had paid for meals in the hotel.â
Another disappointed guest added: âFood was totally disgusting for what is supposed to be such a high class hotel.â
Others have reported being diagnosed with âgastroenteritisâ after visiting their doctor on their return to the UK.
