Family admitted to hospital after illness at the Hi Bouganvilla Park, Majorca

At Your Holiday Claims we are continuing to read reports of holidaymakers contracting sickness bugs at the Hi Bouganvilla Park in Majorca.

We previously reported on the Thomas Cook hotel in September 2014. At that time, a British family who required hospital treatment after contracting gastroenteritis during their stay had contacted our holiday claims experts.

It now appears that outbreaks of illness are continuing, with numerous holidaymakers commenting on TripAdvisor.

British holidaymakers have described the Hi Bouganvilla Park as a âhealth hazardâ and the âhotel from hellâ.

One hotel guest commented: âMyself and my two year old ended up being rushed into hospital due to severe vomiting and diarrhoea. We were both severely dehydrated, had fevers and low blood pressure.

âWe were kept in hospital for two nights on drips and ended up missing our flights home.

âThe hospital diagnosed us with gastroenteritis and I am still suffering now a week later with headaches, muscle cramps and stomach ache.â
