Two months ago Your Holiday Claims published an article relating to an outbreak of illness at the Xperience St George Homestay, Sharm El Sheikh.
We are saddened to be reading of outbreaks of illness once again.
Holidaymakers have reviewed their holidays on TripAdvisor and have said âI have never had such a horrendous holiday!!!â
It seems that hygiene is a major issue at this hotel. Many reviewers are slating the property, saying âthe hygiene at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired!â
Many reviews also comment on a code brown scenario and have said âwe witnessed the main pool being closed at least 10 times, due to faeces, urination from the side of the pool and vomit contaminating the pool.â
Sadly, reviewers have suffered symptoms of diarrhoea and stomach cramps at this hotel. Complaints appear to show that visitors to the Xperience George Homestay fell ill within a few days of arriving. One couple said âwe were ill within days of arrival with diarrhoea & stomach cramps.â
Another said âit started the third day after I arrived and I have honestly never experienced anything as horrendous in my life.â
