Here at Your Holiday Claims we have received an enquiry from a holidaymaker whose stay at the Domina Coral Bay Oasis was ruined by illness.

The holidaymaker reported suffering symptoms of vomiting and diarrhoea, thought to have been caused by undercooked food at the Egyptian hotel.

Similar concerns have been raised by recent visitors to the hotel who have taken to TripAdvisor to claim that “everyone around us was falling ill”.

One holidaymaker commented: “We have never encountered such poor quality service and food and echo the sentiments of those who suffered from severe diarrhoea.

“We got through two packs of Imodium and needed to go to the pharmacy for more medication. This is the only all-inclusive holiday we have been on where we have lost weight – partly due to not being able to leave the room for 24 hours and not eating having had severe stomach problems the 3 previous days.”

Others have reported falling “ill within 4 days of my 2 week holiday”. They added they visited the pharmacy to be given medication “at a cost” yet continued to suffer stomach problems on their return home.
