Here at Your Holiday Claims we have spoken to a holidaymaker whose stay at the Onyria Claros in Turkey was ruined by illness.
Recent visitors have commented on TripAdvisor after finding poor hygiene standards at the hotel with food often served undercooked.
One holidaymaker from York described mealtimes at the Onyria Claros as “carnage”. They added: “We were not even able to eat our main course as it was stone cold.
“When I notified the server of this, he simply told me that I couldn’t get anything else instead of this and shrugged when I asked him what else he could do.”
Another hotel guest warned: “Beware the food that sits lukewarm for two hours – I ended up in hospital.”
Others have described the Onyria Claros as, “the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in”.

“If food and hygiene standards within holiday hotels are poor, there is a risk of outbreaks of illness occurring.
