British holidaymakers are continuing to choose Your Holiday Claims to pursue compensation claims after falling ill at the Coral Sea Water World Resort in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.

Many others have reported suffering illness at the Coral Sea Water World Resort through the review website TripAdvisor.
One holidaymaker stated that they continued to suffer from the illness on their return home.
They stated: “I do not normally leave reviews but as I am still suffering illness 4 days after coming home I feel I need to give the feedback.
“2 days before leaving the hotel I fell quite seriously ill again with stomach cramps, sickness, and diarrhoea.
“The hotel tried to cover the magnitude of the infection situation. Things could have been done better.”
Others have suffered “significant weight loss” after falling ill.
“The food was good at times, but the hygiene in the restaurant was poor. Like many others, we all came down with the mystery illness very quickly and we spent a lot of time in our room with crippling cramps and fever.
“My husband and I are still recovering and have experienced significant weight loss.
“First Choice staff – their response to our complaint was ‘sorry lots of people are sick’. We had no communication at all from the hotel or First Choice staff regarding signs/symptoms/management of the bug, or advice on how to reduce the spread of infection.”
