One holidaymaker who visited the ClubHotel Riu Ocho Rios in November 2016 disclosed:

“A few people in our group have been sick…I believe its due to lack of cleanliness”.

“The pool is filthy, the water is cloudy, dirty … Chairs are scummy. Nobody cleaning anywhere to be seen.

“When my husband went to management to complain he was told if we want a clean pool we should go to the deluxe area. No attempt to even rectify the situation”.

In addition to this, further holidaymakers who have recently stayed at this hotel have also that they and a number of holidaymakers have suffered from “upset tummies” during their stay.
