A sickness stricken party of 4 have reached out to industry leaders YourHolidayClaims for help to claim compensation after suffering severe diarrhoea and vomiting during their stay at the Azul Sensatori Hotel in Mexico.
They claimed that guests at the hotel were hospitalised due to the outbreak of food poisoning at the hotel. In recent weeks, holidaymakers have also taken to TripAdvisor after their holidays were ruined by illness outbreaks in Mexico.
One distressed former guest of the Mexican resort claimed:
âMy husband in the first week got sick ⦠cramps, sickness & diarrhoea. It wasnt just a mild case â it was constantâ.
In addition to this, another holidaymaker added:
âMy wife and son [had] dysentery our first and second night after drinking and eating the food,â states another holidaymakerâ.
Both stricken groups claim that food, including meat, was served undercooked with âraw sausagesâ a common concern.
