We are becoming increasingly concerned about the number of reports that have been made against the Coral Sea Holiday Village in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.
Many holidaymakers returning to the UK have said they âwouldnt returnâ, their stay was âtruly awfulâ and to âgo at your own riskâ.
A lady from Glasgow who stayed at the Coral Sea Holiday Village in August 2013 said âThe main dinner hall was a complete joke, some people just come up from the beach or pool, walk in and start feeding like animals.
The food was all over the place, it also off putting the way its set up. There was people leaning all over the food to get to other food and their sweat falling into it. Small children were taking food, tasting it then putting it back, this happened all the timeâ.
This review amongst others on Tripadvisor is one of many that raises cause for concern for any British holidaymakers who are considering to go on holiday here.
âWe were also a bit suspicious that management were footing the medical bills for people with tummy bugs, and there were quite a few of those. Go here at your own riskâ she added.
The Coral Sea Holiday Village is promoted by First Choice.
Commenting on the Coral Sea Holiday Village Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh, Anne Thomson, Head of Travel Law at Your Holiday Claims, a division of Farnworth Rose solicitors said: âIt is deeply saddening to hear of people who have been ill whilst on holiday or who have simply had a dreadful time for many different reasons.
âAt Your Holiday Claims, we successfully help many people every year to claim compensation against the tour operator after contracting a holiday illness or who have been involved in a non-fault holiday accident.
âI hope First Choice who sell package holidays to the Coral Sea holiday Village carry out a full investigation into the reports that are being made and look to resolve matters with immediate effect.
âI would urge anyone who has been ill whilst on holiday at this hotel or who has encountered any other problems during their stay to contact us as soon as possible for help to claim the compensation they may be entitled toâ.
