The British couple travelled to the beach-front hotel in early May 2016 and report that they both fell ill with the symptoms of gastric illness just days into their 14-night stay. They claim to have been bed-bound for a number of days due to illness and unable to enjoy the five-star trappings on offer.
Incredibly, one member of the party fell ill a second time during their stay and has since been diagnosed with a confirmed E. coli infection.
