Recent guests reported they were less than impressed with Rius five star rated facilities and claim that âsicknessâ and âstomach crampsâ have ruined their holidays.
A recent holidaymaker commented on TripAdvisor:
âThe hotel is in need of some TLC. It is very tired looking. The rooms had a stale smell to them.
âNormally in Riu hotels the food is very good, here it was so poor that we went out to eat twice in the fortnight as we needed some good food.
âAll in all a very disappointing holiday. My wife and I both suffered stomach problems over the fortnightâ.
