Club Viva Hotel branded “a big let down” after illness outbreak

Holidaymakers have reported that outbreaks of illness and ear infections have ruined stays at the Club Hotel Viva.

A British lady who travelled to the four star hotel in Marmaris, Turkey claims her “son had an ear infection within three days of swimming in the pool” that “was never cleaned”. By day seven of their holiday, the entire family were stuck down with illness as a result of being served food that was “cheap, processed and virtually luminous”.

“We all had tummy upsets because of the food and drink and our fellow guests all suffered the same” said one of the guests.

Ongoing complaints of illness continue to pour onto TripAdvisor as many retuning holidaymakers flock to warn others to “avoid”, “book another hotel” and “be warned”, following their “awful experience”.
