Sickness spells Mexican misery for recent Ocean Riviera Paradise guests

It has come to the attention of the legal team here at YourHolidayClaims that a number of recent Ocean Riviera Paradise visitors have commentated online, proclaiming that their stays at the First Choice promoted resort were overshadowed by stomach issues.
Commenting on the website TripAdvisor, one January 2018 visitor of the Mexican hotel revealed:
âNow the bad part for us was my son having an illness…wish I would have known this, so this is why I’m writing on here to let people know…they have a Dr on the premises.
âSo after freaking out [for] about 24 hours and worried about what we were going to do, [I] found out about the Dr on the premises.
âAfter about $225 for [an] office visit and 2 shots [&] 2 oral meds, we were set well enough to at least complete our stay and get home”.
Furthermore, other recent guests of the Ocean Riviera Paradise have also posted to warn others of the issues that the resort has recently faced. Another disgruntled holidaymaker claimed that the hotel was âunderstaffed and dirtyâ, before adding:
âWe went to the resort for two weeks over Christmas.
âOn my third day there I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea. I am pretty sure it was something I ate. I missed an entire day because I couldn’t get out of bed.
âMy daughter, mother, nephew and great nephew were also violently ill. The place looks good on the surface, but is very unclean and understaffed.
âThe pools, pool decks and deck chairs are not cleaned. I saw them once cleaning one half of the Eden chairs, and one half of the kids pool deck.
âAvoid this resortâ.
