Commenting on TripAdvisor, several former guests of the 3-star resort have expressed their feelings by detailing the experiences of their visit.

One disgruntled July 2017 guest revealed how theyre family suffered from hand, foot and mouth disease during stay:

âFinally our whole experience was tainted as we contracted hand foot and mouth whilst staying here.

Although Thomson had issued a letter stating a chicken pox outbreak had ‘recently’ occurred (no date) there’s no mention of hand, foot and mouth in their announcement and after a little google search you can see they’ve had a problem with the virus for quite some time nowâ.

Furthermore, another July visitor to the Thomson promoted resort also battled with illness during their stay, as they commented:

â[A] few days in myself and [my] children caught sickness & diarrhoea and then it was brought to our attention the main pool had been evacuated and taped off due to the same reason with someone else.

âI then wasn’t sure if we were talking a bug or food poisoning but this isn’t how I wanted my last 3 days to be especially for the 4 and 2 year old!

âFood had flies on it and when I went to pour a glass of wine a dead fly came out with itâ.
