Sickness saga continues at Bodrum Holiday Resort and Spa

Nearly 2 months since we reported that holidaymakers were suffering in a suspected outbreak of gastroenteritis at Bodrum Holiday Resort and Spa, Your Holiday Claims have learnt that yet more guests have been “very ill” in ongoing outbreaks of sickness.

According to latest reports on hotel review site TripAdvisor, the scale of the outbreak cannot be underestimated with one guest claiming “everyone, literally everyone … has had at least one of the family being violently sick.”

In a particularly alarming report, a Doncaster holidaymaker states that some guests even “ended up in hospital” owing to the severity of the “gastro sickness bug.”

Holidaymakers appear united in their views that poor hygiene standards are responsible for the continuing sickness saga. Numerous reports describe the food on offer as “lukewarm” or “cold” and the swimming pool is frequently referred to as “dirty.”
