Comments from our specialist solicitor
âIt is well known that food must be served hot in order to eliminate dangerous bacteria otherwise holidaymakers may well find themselves at risk of serious illness such as food poisoning.
âThis is now the second time this year that we have been made aware of food hygiene issues at this hotel, and I sincerely hope that the tour operators act on the issues raised in these reports in order to safeguard future guests.
âI would advise anyone else who has also fallen ill whilst on holiday to contact our expert team here at YourHolidayClaims today to discover whether or not you are entitled to make a claim for compensation.
