Guests suffer from “food poisoning” at the Hotel Polynesia

Multiple disappointed holidaymakers have taken to the website TripAdvisor to comment on the TUI promoted resorts recent problems, including one Welsh poster who revealed:

“Food is the same….daily. [I] found it hard to find food [that] my 19 month old daughter would eat.


On top of this, another recent visitor of the four star resort also commented on how their holiday was blighted by poor food hygiene. In a post titled “Food very concerning”, they revealed:

“Myself and my partner suffered with food poisoning on our 3rd day and were unable to leave the suite for 2 days.

“When we informed reception they couldn’t care less. The food is very concerning at this hotel.

“The Food is always cold, [the] chef [is] clearly not worried about cross contamination with raw fish and meat.

“Meat [was] sat on hot plates for hours. Food that’s left at lunch will be served
at dinner and breakfast leftovers are served at the pool bar.

“[I] would not stay here again and [I] definitely wouldn’t recommend”.
