Holidaymakers at Cyprotel Corfu Panorama report their holidays have been ruined by âdisgustingâ food and âvery poorâ hotel standards.
The three star Greek hotel, promoted by Thomas Cook, has amassed several bad reviews on TripAdvisor in recent weeks as holidaymakers warn, âavoid at all costs!â
A recent guest reported being âsat in the room unable to leaveâ for several days due to illness, suspected to be caused by food poisoning.
The unfortunate holidaymaker commented on TripAdvisor: âThe food was not cooked. Pink chicken and still bleeding when cutting into it.
âIf you like chips and bread than this is the place for youâ¦and with as many flies as you want included!â
Another holidaymaker added: âThe hotel standards were very poor. Our room was damp and had mould growing on the ceiling and many wet patches with water dripping from the ceiling.
âThere was also swordfish that appeared in various different forms for lunch and dinner over our stay, it had clearly been recycled!â
Tracy Stanfield, an experienced travel law solicitor at Your Holiday Claims, commented: âIt is very disappointing to hear of holidaymakers confined to hotel rooms due to illness.
âI would encourage anyone affected by the outbreak at Cyprotel Corfu Panorama to seek expert legal advice as they may be eligible to seek compensation on a no win no fee basis.â
