Reports of poor hygiene standards at the Naqb Bay resort have been rife for several weeks, with multiple guests heading to TripAdvisor to warn others after experiencing disastrous holidays.
One unfortunate holidaymaker, who was forced to move hotels during their stay, posted: âMy room was never cleaned in the 4 days I was forced to stay in this hell hole.
âThe food was cold and barely cooked and the pool was filthy and not cleaned at all.
âI cannot stress enough how terrible and disgusting this place really is!â
Another recent holidaymaker reported on TripAdvisor: âWeve been back for 2 weeks now and the family are still suffering with bad guts.
âThe activity pool area was not clean and the same stains were there for the 2 weeks we stayed. Out of our 2 week stay the pool was closed 7 times.â
