Recent ApartHotel Costa Encantada guests warn others to “avoid” the resort

The legal team at YourHolidayClaims are aware of potential issues at the Thomas Cook promoted Aparthotel Costa Encantada, after numerous guests have reported of an illness outbreak at the hotel.
Afflicted guests have expressed their discontent on the website TripAdvisor, including one British holidaymaker who revealed:
“Whilst this hotel is [in] a good location…the food is not great. Not hot enough at all.
“I was sick after eating something and I wasn’t the only one. There were a few people complaining of similar symptoms. If you are considering staying here don’t do the all-inclusive.
“[I] Will definitely not be returning and [I] do not recommend!”
On top of this, additional holidaymakers have also reported of the recent problems at the hotel. In a review titled “In my opinion, not a 4 star”, another former guest of the 4 star resort revealed:
“Although the food was presented well it was cold, we had to use a microwave to heat up the food.
“During our stay my friends caught a virus which confined them to bed for about 3 days, my wife was also ill for a day.
We also discovered that the family in the room next door were all ill with the same symptoms and on talking to other guests [we] discovered they had also been unwell.
“I think the hotel needs to put hand sanitisers in the restaurant as you find these in many hotels”.
