“We will never return to this place”: Holidaymakers critical of Crown Paradise Clubs standards

It has become evident to the team here at Your Holiday Claims that multiple holidaymakers whove recently visited the Crown Paradise Club resort have suffered from some form of illness.

According to current reports on website TripAdvisor, its suggested that there may be a food poisoning issue at the Mexican resort.

One disgruntled holidaymaker posted his disappointment at the hotel food standards.

He claimed the resort offered “terrible food”, and he also claimed that a cheese and chorizo meal he ate in one of the hotel restaurants resulted in him falling “violently ill”.

Additionally, this former guest of the Mexican resort emphasised the poor hygiene of the hotel by describing  the events that followed his return to the hotel restaurant.

In a disturbing claim, when his illness passed and he felt well enough to start eating again, the holidaymaker claims he “found a worm crawling across his plate”.

Worryingly, this holidaymaker is not the only person to have recently reported falling ill on holiday at the Crown Paradise Club.

This comes after another poster revealed that some aspects of his holiday were enjoyable, however concluded that “the bad outweighs the good” after members of his family were struck by sickness.

He revealed: “[My] son in law and grandma had diarrhoea and vomiting”.

This poster continues, and claims that his familys suffering was caused by “food poisoning”, that the “buffet food was unimpressive” and that strangely the “movie theatre smelt like urine”.

On top of this, in another review of the hotel a holidaymaker who stayed at the Crown Paradise Club was also displeased with the food situation at the resort.

They complained the hotel is “Not a 4 star…barely [a] 2.5 star” with regards to the resorts quality rating, and also claimed “if your food is done (cooked), it is cold, if it his hot, it is not done!!”
