Another enquiry received following illness at the Xperience Sea Breeze

We have received yet another enquiry from a holidaymaker after they fell ill at the Xperience Sea Breeze.

The guest suffered excessive diarrhoea whilst staying at the Thomas Cook promoted hotel in Sharm El Sheik which led them to get in touch with us to discover if they could make a claim for compensation.

We have previously reported on outbreaks of illness at this hotel and have received enquiries from other guests whose holidays to the resort were ruined by illness.

Holidaymakers have complained of poor food and hygiene standards at the hotel, with some reviewing it on TripAdvisor, describing the food on offer as “cold” and “lukewarm”.

Others have reported being served “watered down drinks” and finding “mouldy shower heads” in their hotel rooms.
