Our travel law experts’ comments
“We are aware of an outbreak of Norovirus that hit the Club Med Les Deux Alpes ski resort around the February 2016 period.
“After speaking with a few of the afflicted holidaymakers, it’s been confirmed that the hotel management were aware of the illness issue at the hotel. If this is indeed the case, I should hope that the correct requirements were carried out to ensure that outbreaks like this do not reoccur.
“It’s important that holidaymakers receive the best possible compensation that they can get after illness devastates their holiday.
